On October 15,2023 in the morning (around 9:00am) we kept the luggage in the locker (total 5 lockers on the left - buttom side close the wall, exclude number 18) and one of them, the price was 5,000 won so we inserted money amount 10,000 won but we couldn’t get refund 5,000 back. The display screen “Refund the change fails please contact administrator” and then the display that we made a transaction was disappeared and start new again. It’s made us to pay twice.
And also again in the afternoon (around 14:45-15:00), we took our luggages
back and we had to pay more . So one of the storages, we had to pay 16,000 won, we inserted money 20,000 won. And again we couldn’t get refund back. So we had to pay twiceㅠㅠ
How can we get refund back from you? Please give me an advise ???????? (FYI: we didn’t take a transaction photo in the morning but in the afternoon we had)
